Civic Leader Education & Advocacy Program (CLEAP) participants spent their last day in Mexico City reflecting on their experiences and celebrating their leadership journeys.
On the agenda for Friday, July 7:
Morning work sessions included time for participants to reflect on each day of the program, what they learned about policy and themselves, and how they will use these experiences to inform their community work when they return home.
To celebrate their participation, Voces Unidas hosted a private dinner for the group at the iconic Balcon del Zocalo restaurant, overlooking the main plaza in Centro Historico. An all-female mariachi performed for the group after dinner.
